为什么要为宝宝做生活记录？

新生儿大小便次数多少正常?产后1～7天，主要观察新生儿小便次数(无色或浅黄色)和大便次数及颜色，可以判断是否摄入足够的母乳。低于下述次数或者颜色明显偏离的，应及时与医护人员联系。

纯母乳喂养的新生儿生后第一天一般有2次小便，第二天2～3次。3天下奶以后，24小时排尿6次以上，尿清，说明孩子吃饱了。

母乳喂养的婴儿一般每日5～6次金黄色稀便，几乎每次喂奶均有少许，或数天1次大量软便，一般不会出现便秘。真正的便秘常见于人工喂养的婴儿。便秘表现为婴儿哭闹、用力而无大便或大便干结，常伴有腹胀。
